The Origin by AdrienCGD The Origin by AdrienCGD
Created in early April 2010

A quick horizon shot of a planet with a nebulae in the background. I started out with a nebulae that turned out not so badly, but the piece itself was a bit empty. So I added the planet. But it gave me a really hard time even though I like how it turned out.

After 3 hours of working on it I saved it. I thought I saved it in a psd file so I could work on it later but I saved it in a png file... Which means I couldn't fix any problems. One of those being the starfield that I didn't notice I messed up lol
So I added a starfield on top of the piece. But now it's too crowded to my taste.

Tell me what you think!

What do you mean they're simple? JUST KIDDIN'
Thanks for the comment! Glad you like my nebulaes! They're fun to do. Except sometimes when it just doesn't go the way I want it to and waste over three hours on it lol. But hey, no gain, no pain! Or is it no pain no gain?

I meant that there is not a lot of details compared to some other artwork, but it's clearly rnough this way !

I think it'd rather the second one !! :D
I've recently made some space pics too, but I'm not that skilled!!

Yeah I kinda like to keep it simple sometimes. Though I think more details/texture makes it more realistic and makes the eyes wonder longer.
